My Story
At 17, I took a step of faith by leaving Massachusetts to attend Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. Initially pursuing a counseling career, inspired by my role as a Young Life leader and my passion for connecting with people, I realized during an internship that full-time counseling wasn’t the right fit for me. This left me without a clear vision for my future.

I stumbled into a career in Human Resources, specifically in Employee Benefits, and this unexpected path became my journey for almost 30 years. I discovered a knack for finding "better ways" to do things, leveraging technology and creating streamlined processes. Leading a team in a growing company that expanded from 5 to over 70 employees, I felt valued and recognized as an expert in my field. However, after significant leadership changes, my role and services were eliminated. This sudden shift left me feeling unmoored, as so much of my identity and community was tied to that role.

During this period of uncertainty, I was introduced to Paterson Center™ and the LifePlan® process. Going through my own LifePlan provided me with the vision I needed and affirmed that I have a unique role to play in this world. I discovered my Life Purpose: "to discover new ways as I care for people, create integrations, and equip with clarity," and I developed a plan for moving forward. Driven by this new direction, I joined Paterson and launched my own practice, Pathways and Process Solutions. I'm excited to support individuals and organizations as they discover their paths and achieve their goals.
